If you would ever check the BBB rating for Stone and Banister LLC, you will find we have an A+ rating but that we are not accredited by the BBB. What does this mean?

An A+ rating means the BBB has no complaints against us by our clients which is a testament on how we deal with our clients. We stand behind the homes we remodel and we take care of our clients. In fact, our parent company, Trustway Homes, is the only builder in the State of Wisconsin to ever win the NRS Customer Satisfaction Award given nationally to the best rated builder.

But, we are not accredited by the BBB. To be accredited by the BBB you need to be a paying member. We have been members on and off over the past 15 years but we have found no value in the other services they offer. We highly respect the BBB but, as any business, we must feel we are getting value for the money we spend with any organization. At this time, we have no need for the services they offer.
